Casa Montorsi srl is a company dedicated to the production of the complete family product of CURED HAMS in all its form: with bone, boneless and sliced packed in ATM as well. Besides the hams we propose a complete range of sliced cold meats and cheeses packed in tray in ATM. The tray could be from 60 to 500g. As specialties we propose our Production of Culatello di Montagna, Culatta sliced, Cooked Culatta all  without preservatives and the special salame Strolghino di Culatello. All the step of the production, seasoning, deboning and slicing are made by ourselves. The company is certified BRC and IFS and specialised and prepared  to work for Private label as we are already doing in Italy and is some foreign country.
