Established in June 23, 2003, CBA is a retail chain company headquartered in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria. It has been founded by 25 retail chains across 86 locations in Bulgaria. 

There are 136 stores across the country and it employs more than 500 employees.  

It offers a variety of products under different categories: 

• Savory grocery: Bread, pasta, rice, etc.Sweet grocery: Candy, chocolate, cakes, etc.
• Fresh and chilled: Fruits, pasta sauce, pesto sauce, etc.
• Frozen: Meat, vegetables, ice cream, etc.
• Dairy: Milk, butter, yogurt, etc.
• Drinks: Soft drinks, juice, water, etc.
• Household: Soap, kitchen towels, toilet paper, etc.
• Personal care: Sanitary napkins, shampoo, conditioner, etc.
• Wine and spirits: Whiskey, Beer, Wine, etc

The company offers different products under its private label brand CBA in different categories such as:

• Fresh and chilled: Meat, russian salad, etc.
• Frozen: Minced meat, beef salami, hamburg salami, etc.
• Dairy: Yogurt, milk, cow butter, etc.
• Drinks: Cola, apple juice, apple soft drink, etc.
• Savoury grocery: Beans, lentils, vegetable broth, etc.
• Personal care: Normal sanitary napkins, silk sanitary napkins, ear clips, etc.
• Household: Liquid soap, degreaser pump or filler, etc.

It also work under different brands such as: Uno, Royal and Resto.
