Centrale del Latte d’Italia S.p.A. - a company listed on the STAR division of Borsa Italiana, dealing in the production and sale of fresh milk, milk pro- ducts and ultra-fresh products - represents the third-largest fresh milk and Extended Shelf Life (ESL) hub in Italy in terms of volumes sold, with an aggregated turnover of about € 180 million.
