Chocmod

Chocmod is a family business founded in 1948 and located in Roncq in northern France. World leader in french truffles, the company works in the manufacture and distribution of chocolate truffles in over 45 countries on 5 continents. In 2011, a second production unit was set up in Montreal (Canada) in order to serve the American market. We manufacture our own brands as well as private brands. Chocmod is known by its trademark "Truffettes de France".

Chocolate is our core business. We produce quality truffles (original and flavoured), chocolate coated marshmallows in all shapes and colors and many kinds of confectionnaries like fruit coated truffles, chocolate tablets and organuic truffles.

Quick history :

1948 : The DESTOMBES brothers create the CHOCMOD Company (contraction of CHOColateries MODernes).

1980 : CHOCMOD takes its first steps internationally.

1995 : - Bernard and Francis DESTOMBES take over the management of the Company, Construction of a new 10,000 m2 production unit - 40% of total TO is achieved through exports !

2002 : Establishment in USAS 2008 : The Company is taken over by Ghislain LESAFFRE and Antoine FORTIN

2009 : - International presence in 45 countries et 5 continents
