Created by Master Chocolatiers from France and Switzerland, our unique, patented recipe eliminates the need for processed sugars. Instead, RED uses sugars naturally found in melons. This process results in up to 40% reduced calories and fat in our dark chocolate flavors (35% reduced calories in milk chocolate).
RED Chocolate was born from passion!
In the early 2000s, Swiss-owned Chocolette Confectionary had a dream to revolutionize the chocolate industry by mastering a recipe that delivered the sweetness chocolate-lovers crave without adding refined sugars. They first introduced RED to the European market, and without surprise, RED gained popularity throughout western Europe. In 2018, RED was introduced to the U.S., where we’ve been winning the hearts of chocolate-lovers from coast-to-coast.
Great chocolate can only be made in the best of facilities. RED is cooked in our technologically-innovative, green-certified factory, holding ten global patents. Our custom-made equipment was designed by leading German and Swiss manufacturers to ensure Earth-happy processes in water and air purification, water recycling, free cooling, and recuperation technologies.
