Nowadays it is among the Italian top 3 producers  of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO, and other specialty fresh cheeses, crafted from water Buffalo milk.

Product: Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop, Buffalo's milk Burrata , Buffalo's milk Ricotta di Bufala, Organic Buffalo 's Mozzarella, Lactose free Buffalo's Mozzarella.

High Quality: Cilento selects the best farmers for the production of raw material milk. Just PDO Buffalo's water milk is collected, with a daily  verification of Animal Wellbeing  and feeding , through the help of a specialized agronomist.The In-House Quality Lab performs daily in-process controls throughout the supply chain, to ensure wholesomeness of the products placed on the market.

We have developed a new packaging for the Multipack. The primary packaging "Mozzarella di latte di Bufala - 3x100g - Cilento" has been redesigned in order to facilitate recycling operations, by indicating the collection to the consumer and with the contribution of the following actions: - Simplification of the packaging system the bundling bag is eliminated. - Saving of raw material By eliminating the grouping bag, there is a saving of plastic raw material (approx. 40%). - Facilitation of recycling activities By eliminating the grouping bag, two types of coupled polymers (pet+pe; pa+pe), but the packaging to be disposed of will only be (opa+pe). - Optimization of logistics Thanks to the new format, approximately 20% more secondary packaging is transported on a pallet. - Optimization of production processes By eliminating the grouping bag, the repackaging phase of the products is completely avoided bags in the grouping bag, with considerable savings in energy and consumption.
