We are a Bulgarian producer of fruit spreads, jams and preserves, with strong positions in the retail, food services, baking industries and HORECA in the domestic and international market. In the production range of  Cima 99 Ltd, there are ice cream and cake toppings as well as highly specialized bakery products for industrial use, hot and cold filling for croissants and pastry and custom made formulas. We produce under private label for the retail market. Our products Fruit emotions and Barista Club preparations are used in bars and restaurants for flavouring of hot drinks, making cocktails, mocktails and fruit lemonades. 

We have got 32 years experience in fruit processing and we export 65% of our production to five continents. Our production capacity is 60,000 kg per day and we have developed over 1200 unique recipes..

The company is IFS ISO 22,000 certified.
