• Clicks: 704 stores and 545 in-store pharmacies.
• Claire’s: over 3000 stores offering jewelry and accessories
• GNC: a retailer of supplements and wellness products
• The Body Shop: the company holds the franchisee license for The Body Shop in South Africa
• UPD: a wholesaler supplying health stores, pharmacies, hospitals, etc. 
• Musica: a retailer of music and entertainment merchandise.

The company operates its stores in South Africa as well as Namibia, Botswana, Eswatini and Lesotho. Furthermore, Clicks also manages an online shop.

By 2019, 15413 people worked for Clicks Group.

Clicks Group’s turnover increased by 7.2% in 2019, compared to the previous year. Its turnover from its health and beauty businesses rose by 10.5%.

Clicks is the market leader in South Africa in hair care, colour cosmetics, vitamins & supplements, skin care & bath additives. 

Clicks Group launched its own brand, Eucerin which consists of skincare products. 

Clicks Group operates its  own sophisticated logistics and a centralised distribution system.
