We provide plastic-free, 100% recyclable, and compostable paper-based packaging material for e.g., take-away and single-use purposes. Our innovative technology – Colombier EcoBarrier™ - provides great barrier properties against water/vapour/grease for paper and paperboard packaging. It is heat sealable, ovenable, and can be frozen.

Our materials range from lightweight papers for flexible packaging to solid and combination boards. These are used for cups, bowls, trays, wraps, take-away food containers and many other end-uses.

Colombier is a family-owned forest industry converting and trading company. The roots of the company date back to 1892 and the Finnish forest industry. We have processing operations in Finland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and Romania with ~60 employees in total and 23 MEUR annual turnover.
