The company is specialised in the production of tomato based products and of finished products for third parties, aside from a complete product line under private labels.COLUMBUS is a private company in the hands of the Romano Freddi family in Mantova. Some tomato producing organisations hold a minority participation. COLUMBUS processes in its only facility in Parma 150’000 tons annually of fresh tomatoes.
