Condis is a family business which started operating in 1961. The company launched its chain of supermarkets in 1980 and now operates over 500 stores in Spain. Furthermore, Condis also runs an online store and a mobile application. Condis offers around 7000 references. 

Condis employs over 5000 people and for 2018, registered a turnover of € 873 million, indicating a growth of 4.8 % compared to 2017.

Condis offers products in the following categories

• Savory Grocery: canned food, oil, vinegar, spices, french fries, snacks, etc.

• Sweet Grocery: canned fruits, jams, honey, chocolate, etc.

• Dairy: eggs, cheese, etc.

• Chilled & fresh food: meat, charcuterie, poultry, seafood, etc.

• Frozen food: vegetables, ready meals, ice cream, fish, etc.

• Drinks: wine, champagne, spirits, cider, water, juices, beer, etc.

• Personal care: hair care, cosmetics, fragrances, hygiene, etc. 

Condis also offers gluten-free products and healthy items. Dairy-free alternatives are also available. 

The brands available include Sunbites, Oral B, Danone, Bacardi, Font Vella, Coca Cola, etc. 

Condis also launched its own brand, Condis which involves various subsidiary brands which are as follows:

• Condis: a brand offering around 780 products including food and personal care

• La Charcuteria de Condis: a range of charcuterie products including sausages

• La Queseria de Condis: a brand of cheese

• S-line Condis: a brand of healthy products including low-fat cheeses

• Balneris: a brand of personal care products

The company manages 5 logistics centres which can cater for frozen, fresh, chilled and dry products. The total warehousing area is 51502 m2. Condis also manages a fleet of 150 delivery vehicles. 

Concerning the quality of products, Condis regularly run tests on the different products to ensure that they meet the required norms. Condis operates its own laboratory but also uses the services of an external laboratory for the tests. Condis has a team which is well trained to carry out quality control tests.
