Cookie Bluff is the first cookie dough to hit Canadian shelves in 2018. Having been successful right out of the grocery store, thanks to social media and the help of content influencers, the company has generated millions of sales dollars in less than a year. Cookie Bluff is the cookie dough that everyone talks about. It stands out for its quality and dual consumption. In addition to being able to taste it with a spoon, it is possible to bake the dough into cookies. Our company is distinguished by the use of premium ingredients including pure butter and the addition of Barry Callebaut chocolates. Knowing that the consumption of raw cookie dough was not recommended, we developed our recipes via the CDBQ, Centre de développement bioalimentaire du Québec recognized in North America. 65 formulations were needed to obtain the dough we currently find on the shelves of Canadian grocery stores. For the past 2 years, we have found Cookie Bluff products among several major Canadian grocery chains including Walmart, Sobeys. We are currently among 2,500 grocery stores and are preparing to export our products to the United States. Cookie Bluff is 5 varieties of regular cookie dough (Signature Chocolate, Party Cake, Triple Chocolate Brownies, Cookies and Cream, Maple and Nuts) as well as seasonal flavor output for more variety and fun for our consumers. We have a large social media community as well as several content influencers that allow us to showcase our products.
