Our mozzarella curds are solely from pure milk of buffalo mozzarella, produced exclusively from buffalo farmers from Caserta, the same members of the Cooperative ABC of Caserta. The curd ABC is fragrant and lightly porous: only when absolutely perfect, curd buffalo milk is turned into excellent mozzarella, by skilled cheese producers of the cooperative. For our milk curds is needed without acidity and a low presence of bacteria. So our buffalo milk is the best available for the dairy production: the quality of the milk of buffaloes reared by our cooperative milk is clear and dark, the color of which reflects the good health of our animals! Our buffaloes benefit of climatic environmental conditions of this Mediterranean area, which allow the formation of a specific type of feed that is not reproduced elsewhere. Without them and their specific habitat, the wonder of our mozzarella would not take place ... The grass that our buffaloes eat is the guarantee of unique and inimitable flavor of our mozzarella, which by color, texture, taste and quality are unmatched on the dairy market.
