100% organic : we only make organic products. We give priority to local supplies: we have developed Provencal recipes of pastas to use more local organic ingredients. We ban unnecessary packaging: to package our products, we proscribed overpacks that are only for marketing. Instead, we opted for the simpler packaging, minimizing waste. We adopt clean energy: we use thermodynamics to produce our hot water. Since june 2009, we use photovoltaic pannels to produce our own solar energy.
