This enthusiast of cooking history and culinary cultures has always wanted to share his ideas with the public and professionals. After his training, he honed his talent as a chef in international luxury hotels and cooked for world leaders (Heads of state, kings, ministers...). He sharpened his skills by learning different cuisines : Eastern, Mediterranean, Creole, American, African.
He traveled the world for nearly 20 years , bringing together all the ingredients that make him a creator of concepts. At the same time, he discovered the benefits of food ingredients and now wants his entire profession to benefit! Provided that the products are rethought to make them the products easier to use and maintain quality!

Alain Fournet has created culinary solutions for professionals.
In 2006, he developed an initial range of 100% natural vegetable solutions.
The chef is demanding and wanted to do better. A reflection began on creating to a new recipe, from seed to Glacis. Successful ideas ripen slowly.
First, a process was developed to respect the varietal constraints valorizing the taste and nutrition of the vegetables.
Many starred chefs and references in the culinary profession supported the concept.
In 2008, 10 varieties of France origin vegetables were selected in collaboration with agronomists. With the first harvest began the development of juices and the development of technical products (pasteurization value, long BBD...).

In 2009, the culinary and convenience of the juices were confirmed by tests in the Diana kitchen, presented and tested in gourmet kitchens, restaurants, caterers, brasseries ... A suitable product was developed.
In 2010, the range of vegetable Glacis was validated by hotel management schools including the Graduate School of cooking “Grégoire Ferrandi”.
It received the first Innovation Price of SIRHA (International Restaurant and Hospitality Show) at Lyon.
In 2011, “les Exquis Glacis” were launched on the market !
