Through three generations, we have developed Swedish dishes. We are a modern, Swedish family business and our great love for food and entrepreneurship has been the driving force within our company ever since our father and grandfather, Gunnar Dafgård started operations in the 1930s.

For us, food-esteem and joy but also a lot of love and care. We are knowledgeable and passionate about helping you to eat tasty and good food. All of our dishes will not only have the right taste but also the right texture, smell good and have an inviting look. Everything related to our minds to do is important for how we perceive a dish when we eat.

We have a test kitchen, which in many ways resembles a kitchen in a normal home. This is where we develop all new dishes, which you can find in your store. Periodically makes our experienced chefs also a review of the already known, appreciated and well established dishes.It's often about small changes such as updated seasoning to adapt the law to today's taste needs.
