Dalter Alimentari S.p.A. is leader in the fresh grated and portioned cheese packaging sector (DOP and typical cheeses from Italy and abroad) for catering, restaurants and community catering services. Founded in 1978 by a group of businessmen from Emilia who decided to pool their skills and experience in the packaging and Parmesan Cheese sectors, Dalter has always aimed to select the best cheeses, offering a vast range of formats and innovative packaging.
