The supply of raw materials is managed directly: the company has three large farming areas and over the years has consolidated partnerships with local farmers who have converted their farms to organic production. Over 10.000 sqm of plant is equipped with equipment for the analysis, shelling, selection, toasting, processing and packaging of the products, in modified atmospheres or vacuum packed: thanks to a flexible packaging system it is possible to produce packaging of extremely variable weight (from 100g, to a ton). A laser sorting machine, combined with manual visual controls, ensures the absence of foreign bodies, with a guaranteed percentage absence of foreign bodies equal to 99.999%.
