Winston and Judy Davis are the founders of Davis Foods, which started in 2005, initially working out of our kitchen, where we spent one year testing and developing our recipe for our “Just Jerk” brand. We are a family run business, driven by a passion to bring the unique blends of flavours found in Jamaica into every home, but mainly focusing on sauces and marinades. We have recently begun producing an exciting range of drinks, made from blends of tropical fruits, under the brand name of “Tropical Flavas”. Our aim is to continue producing great tasting, high quality, Jerk marinades, ketchups and other Jamaican sauces and seasonings that will be enjoyed by peoples of all ages and nationality and to promote the amazing tastes and flavours of Jamaican cuisine which is a direct result of the diverse cultures and nationalities mainly from Africa, Spain, China and India that has historically been found on the beautiful island of Jamaica.
