Now based in the village that became famous for its cheese Maroilles, the company DEFROIDMONT reflects a traditional know-how inherited from three generations of master bakers.
Founded in 1926 by Sebastian Defroidmont, it is constantly since that time preparing quality food which admit of no concession to good taste of gourmet.
This is Mr Jean-Jacques DEFROIDMONT, a baker who has married since 1960 local culinary talent, and promulgates traditional recipes, creating delicious dishes. The slogan "Our soils are talented!
