At that time, the founders of our institution were farmers, and prepared the pancakes over an open fire, using fresh ingredients from their farm (milk, butter, eggs) ... THE DELIGHTS OF society LANDELEAU launched in 1971 We have been able to introduce ourselves and develop our mechanization over time. Therefore, a second unit was formed: The Making Machines Pancakes, as the Company BALPE; a reference in France and abroad.   In half a century of existence, our goal has always been to adapt to consumer expectations and evolve, which is why even today, THE DELIGHTS OF LANDELEAU is "the oldest" creperies mechanized craft.
