Detailresult Group

DetailResult was founded in the Netherlands in 2008 when the supermarket chains Dekamarkt and Dirk merged together. Prior to that, since 2001, both companies have been cooperating.

DetailResult operates under 2 banners:

• Dirk: which englobes 123 stores

• DekaMarkt: a chain of 81 supermarkets

In addition to this, DetailResult manages DetailResult Real Estate, a real estate company that is responsible for finding new locations for the Dirk and DekaMarkt stores in the Netherlands. 

DetailResult achieves an annual turnover of € 2 billion and employs 19000 people. 

The company offers products in the following categories:

• Sweet Grocery: biscuits, coffee, chocolate, etc.

• Savory Grocery: sauces, oil, chips, etc.

• Drinks: juice, soft drinks, beer, etc.

• Frozen Food: fruits, vegetables, fish, ready-meals, etc.

• Chilled & Fresh Food: salad, ready-meals, meat, fish, poultry, etc. 

• Dairy: cheese, egg, milk, etc. 

• Personal Care: hair care, baby care, hygiene, etc.

• Household: detergent, softener, cleaner, etc. 

Brands such as Silan, Tom Poes, Unox, Rustlers, L’Oreal, Pampers, etc. are available in its stores. 

The company also offers products under its own labels. For instance, DekaMarkt launched its own brand of coffee under the label Deka. 

DetailResult manages its own logistics.
