At our manufacturing in the Waldviertel, a region in the very north of Austria, DIE KÄSEMACHER are producing a variety of cheese and antipasti specialties according to longstanding tradition. Prior to our delicate products is a careful manufacturing of our raw milk in accordance with nature.

The quality of our raw materials is a top priority for us - only in this way we can guarantee the high standard of our products. We choose our partners with care and maintain close contact with the farms we work with. In order to achieve the best possible quality, we pay attention not only to how raw materials are produced but also to the love and passion our partners bring to their work. 

Our product range, carefully made by hand according to traditional recipes, extends from our varied range of cheeses to our antipasti specialties such as our popular Peppersweet. For over two decades. the finest natural milk from the sheep and goats of our region has been the most important igredients for our dairy products. Our milk comes from small farming businesses from the Wald-, Most- and Mühlviertel regions, where the animalsß diet is 100% GMO-free. We set great store by careful use of natural resources, and so our products are carefully and considerately created, with all our passion for cheese making.
