Founded in 2000 by pharmacist Jacques Waterval and the computer scientist Ralf Daighaus, Doc Morris is Europe’s largest mail-order pharmacy. Its headquarters is based in Stuttgart, Germany. 

In addition, the business integrated the online doctor service which allows customers to have digital doctor visits with qualified specialists in the country. 

In the financial year 2020, Doc Morris achieved a turnover of € 535 million and employed more than 700 people. Moreover, the firm accounts for 5% of the market share.

Moreover, the e-retailer developed its own brand under the name “Doc Morris” which consists of products such as vitamins, plasters, plant oils, etc. 

Pertaining to its logistics solutions, the company operates its own warehouse and partners with DHL and Hermes to conduct its deliveries. However, for refrigerated medicines, Doc Morris collaborated with Trans-o-flex Thermomed to carry out the deliveries.
