2011: A team of trustees and Bart Van Malderen (ex Ontex-owner) decide to re-enter the hygienic market by firstly obtaining Hygiene Technologies (HTC), a producer of hygiene products in Niznhy Novgorod, Russia. An ambitious business plan is rolled out which increases the turnover tenfold.
2012: At the same time Drylock develops a fluffless diaper. Its technology is revolutionary and unseen in the world. It receives praise for its innovation and capabilities numerous times.
2012 : In order to produce the diapers a state-of-the-art factory has been built in Hradek nad Nisou in the Czech Republic. First deliveries are shipped in Q4.
Five new product types are added to the product range in Russian facilities of HTC.
2013 : Due to popular demand Drylock decides to expand the range in the plant in the Czech Republic by introducing fluffless incontinence products.
Another factory in the Republic of Tatarstan starts construction.
2014: Facilities in Russia and the Czech Republic rapidly grow and premium low fluff baby diaper types are added to the range.
The production capacity for incontinence products is increased.
2015 : Drylock can now offer a full range of hygiene disposables for babies, women and adults. Since its inception more than 100 m EUR capex has been invested and the group already employs more than 750 people including its new acquisition of CIP Abssorbenti near Milano with a 38 years of experience in feminine care (ultra & classic towels, pantyliners).
2017 : January, Drylock Technologies announces the acquisition of Presto Absorbent Products Incorporated (PAPI) in Eau Claire, Wisconsin (USA). PAPI is a well-respected innovator and manufacturer of adult incontinence products, serving institutional and retail distributors in the US. In May during PLMA, global launch of Magical Tubes in baby diapers followed by the first on shelf listing.
2018: In January, Drylock Technologies sets foot in Brazil by acquiring two leading producers, Capricho and Mardam. In April, the company annouces that they will open soon two new production sites in Europe in 2018: in Spain in Segovia, and a second factory in Czech Republic in Hradek.
