Greetings from Korea! My name is Joohwan LEE, General Manager at Dong Yang Ice Co.  As you may already know well, “ice cup” has gained great popularity in Korea, particularly those sold at convenient stores in Korea such as 7-Eleven, GS25, and CU. Our company produces variety of ice cup products, which you can find in the attached brochure. 

1. Food sanitation

Our company employs a high standard of food hygiene and safety to ensure the high quality of the ice. We have implemented HACCP Food Safety Management System. Water undergoes a standard purification process (3 stage-water filtration including UV light) according to the government regulation to ensure that it is clean, pure and free from undesirable materials before the production of ice. Moreover, our production process is fully automated and ice is safely sealed in durable plastic cup before delivery. Convenience store chains in Korea conduct sanitary inspection very often and we have been ranked high with no issues raised in terms of hygiene or safety.

2. Supply to major convenience store chains in Korea

We have been supplying ice cup products, Cube ice bag (1kg, 2.5kg), small ice pouch (120g, 180g, 235g) to major convenience store chains in Korea (CU, GS25, and family mart) since 2014. With the accumulated experiences working with convenience stores, we are confident in providing tailored services to convenience stores.

3. Export to Japanese convenience store chain (Circle K)

We have successfully supplied ice cup products to Japanese convenience store chain, Circle K for two years. Our staffs are much experienced in handling products for export, including necessary administrative works for export process.
