The East Coast Bakehouse was founded in 2016 as a large scale start up cookie and biscuit manufacturer with one of the largest production facilities in Europe which is BRC AAA rated.

We produce branded, private label and are a contract manufacturer for large retailers and food suppliers across sixteen countries, working closly with them to identify the trends and insights required to keep their range at the front of csutomers needs and growing the catagory.

We have a fully resourced NPD team and test kitchen where we develop the products our customers require with a range of ingredients, inclusions and flavours second to none. We have succesfully commercialised over 100 products in the last two years.    .

This insight driven staregy coupled with our production cappabilities see us operate across the full spectrum of the cookie and biscuit portfolio from fully enrobed indulgent to every day value including 'better for you' where we have a range of vegan, protein and sugar free offerings.

This unique offering of a world class production facility which has a 400 meter fully intergrated line and works with 900kg batches along with a dedicated client team working to bring you the latest insights and trends allows us offer the volume requirements with the service to solutions, deliver the right product to help grow your business.
