Ekofrisa

Ekofrisa is an ambassador of buckwheat and we have 365 days of buckwheat. 

We provide processing and packing of buckwheat. In our assortment we have local groat cultures such as wheat, barley and yellow peas. Production in conventional or organic. 

Being in love with buckwheat we opened new production activity of organic, gluten and alergen free snacks based on buckwheat: bars, cakes, granola bytes and hunger killers - powder for shakes.  

We're checking for shelf-ready packaging all the time. Now switching to mono plastic packaging. Our production also seeking for circular economy: we own 2 solar parks what gives us freedom to produce electricity by our own. Ekofrisa's heating and production steam is made involving 100 % waste from buckwheat production.
