We are a company with tradition since 1950. My father started to discover again through the years all the healing and beauty benefits of the Clay. The more he was discovering, more passionate he was about it. And this is how our family story began. As his son I am developing the story of slovenian clay, together with my mum, wife, son and others who are passionate about the clay and its characteriscs as well. 

Clay and its characteristics have been known to human kind for a long time and the rst records of its use date back to antiquity. The grey clay of Komenda is well known for its absorption and for the process of its extraction, which is of key importance. This clay is sourced from the deep layers of soil through supervised manual labour and by using appropriate tools. After it had been dug up, the clay must be left to dry in the sun for at least two days in order to soak up the energy of the sun and become even more active.
