Quesos El Pastor was born in 1967 like a humble cheese factory family. Today, 50 years later, it is a clear reference in the elaboration of high quality cheeses. In 1998, it was inaugurated the hard cheese production plant, in 2014 it started operating the lacticfermentation cheese plant (bûche de chevre)

As an example of their work as ambassador of the Spain Brand for the world, in 2015 it was awarded eith the Food Award of Spain for Internationalization Food (Premio Alimentos de España a la Internacionalización).
