GALAR is a family-owned company in Navarra SPAIN.

At Galar we believe in flavor as something that transports us to certain moments, such as those of childhood, for example. This is the reason that leads us every day to create products with a wide range of formats, thinking about the current needs of the consumer and with the flavors of always.

Also, at Galar, we believe in production and service flexibility. That is why in our facilities we are agile in adapting the recipes of our products. Through a la carte production that adapts to the specific needs of our customers.

Nowadays our portfolio includes the main deli meats, both chilled and fresh  in every format. This allows us to reach a wide variety of customers: large retailers, traditional retailers, foodservice, sandwich makers, ready meals manufacturers, etc. Our company has 10,000 m2 of modern facilities with more than 30% of sustainable energy source, that we update continuously in order to fulfil the requirements of the most demanding markets. That is why we can say that ours is one of the most modern pre-packed sliced meat plants in Spain. We have received BRC (A), IFS (Higher Level) and SEDEX.
