Emils makes top-quality organic dressings & dips – entirely without additives, pasteurization or sugar. Emils Feinkost intended do things differently from the very beginning. In 2009 an ex-management consultant and an ex-advertiser resigned their jobs to found Emils. Jens Wages and Michael Wiese wanted to go their own way. Without any prior experience. With only good taste. And the firm conviction that convenience does not have to go hand-in-hand with poor quality. And that the products can be produced ENTIRELY without additives. Organic or otherwise. And because it was the most sustainable thing they had done so far in their lives, the venture became known as Emils - named after Michael Wiese's son, who was born in the same year the company was founded. And look: It worked. The "consistently without additives" concept immediately attracted attention. And one sauce went on to become three. Because we believe in the idea and on the fact that more and more people are beginning to appreciate the value of food free of any additives, our journey continues. In 2012 we established our own small, super-modern production site in Stuttgart. Together with an organization which helps people to find their way back into the working life. A sustainable product of sustainable production. Just the way we always wanted it to be.
