In the course of a century Ennstal Milch KG has established itself as a modern manufacturer for
the food and drinks industry. Right from the start it has been clear what was important: targeted
sales and the adherence to strict regulations to ensure top-quality products. With vision, clear
objectives and a commensurate entrepreneurial spirit, an association consisting of 27 founding
members in 1902 has developed into an internationally operating enterprise today.
These days our positioning or selection within the international market and the competitive
environment is based on the use of the finest raw ingredients, innovative employees und advanced
technology. With the development of new products to suit current consumer trends, we are
creating the basis for decades-long customer relationships.
EMPLOYEES
Ennstal Milch KG employs 250 members of staff at the Gröbming blue-cheese dairy and the
Stainach Camembert-cheese and milk-products dairy, dedicated to satisfying the most
demanding customer requirements and refining raw materials to produce marketable
products. With two modern cheese dairies and a new conventional dairy we are above all
able to operate flexibly and efficiently within the international market.

We are market leaders in producing beverages in the CartonCan and aim to enhance the functionality and
flexibility continuously: not only for our business partners, but also for the consumers, the decisive members in

COMPLETELY ASEPTIC CUP FILLING
With our completely aseptic cup filling machine we can guarantee our customers total product safety and a
longer shelf-life even outside of refrigerated environments. Coffees, ice teas, fruit juices and mixed milk drinks
in practical mugs-to-go make for enjoyment on the move.
DURABLE PRODUCTS IN A BOTTLE
The classic condensed milk and coffee lifestyle drinks are filled in glass bottles. A non-refrigerated shelf-life of
up to one year provides our clients with flexible marketing options. Within the ready-to-drink sector we are
reacting to customer demands with a full-height sleeve system and twist-off caps.
PARTIAL ASEPTIC CUP FILLING FOR FRUIT DESSERTS AND SPREADS
Based on our format flexibility for round and angled cups up to 115 mm Ø and a filling content up to 500 g we
are able to offer optimal positioning possibilities for your product. As a producer of quark-yoghurt desserts and
a market leader in the organic quark cream sector we are setting trends in Austria and Germany.
OUR SOFT CHEESE SKILLS
The selection of cheeses from our traditional cheese dairy represents the height of cheese culture. Our multiaward-
winning Camembert, blue cheese, mild blue cheese and red mould cheese deliver a superlative taste
sensation for every cheese connoisseur.
