In the mountains of Trentino-South Tyrol we have been producing krapfen with an original South Tyrolean recipe, ice cream with carefully selected ingredients, desserts and cakes of the Alpine tradition since 1933.
By joining two family traditions, the Erika brand inherits the story of those who know how to make ice cream and pastry according to traditional mountain recipes. Today, family know-how is the heart of a dynamic and constantly evolving business reality, where craftsmanship goes hand in hand with research and experimentation.
Aided by the latest technologies, we pay great attention at every stage of processing and in the choice of the best raw materials. Before being such, every tradition was necessarily an innovation, because tradition is nothing more than a successful innovation.

At Erika we really do have something for everyone, and we are proud of it. You can choose between cone, cup, tray, jar and bulk, as well as many flavors from cream to fruit. We are attentive to the needs of any type of customer and we have a dedicated line of lactose-free ice cream, as well as our line of Alta Quota products of excellence, for a truly top taste!
Trays: Creamy ice creams made with lots of milk and carefully selected ingredients, such as 100% Italian hazelnut paste, precious Madagascar vanilla bean extract, fine Dutch cocoa powder or tasty fruit pulps.
Lactose-Free Tubes: When the excellence of the ingredients meets the experience of the master ice cream maker! Creamy ice cream made with fresh milk from Trentino-South Tyrol, suitable for all lactose intolerant people who do not intend to give up the pleasure of a well-made ice cream.
Alta Quota Tubs: We have revisited our recipes using high percentages of high quality fresh milk coming only from our mountains, pure Italian hazelnut paste, carefully selected fruit, fine Dutch cocoa, noble vanilla bean extract.
