we are family business that is specialized on a hadmade production, where we mix tradition and origin to obtain different ibérico pork products (cured products and frozen meat) within the three main iberico categories: acorn-fed pigs (Ibérico de bellota), natural range fed pig (Ibérico de Cebo de Campo) and fodder-fed pigs ( Ibérico de Cebo). Our 3 production facilities have IFS and BRC Certificates, that along with the investmenet in technology to optimize the production process, let us offer an homogeneous, with the correct maturing time and stable product throughout the year

Apart from this, we have several formats in order to adapt the product to our customer needs ( retail and horeca formats).

Moreover, in the section of raw cuts (chilled and frozen), we produce the following references: presa, secreto, pluma, tenderloin, french rack, loin cheeks...

We are located in the Guijuelo PDO area. This region, due to its height , the low temperatures and the traditional production system, let us obtain a very tasteful product. Furthermore, we can control the full traceability of the process, since we have our own slaughterhouse and the animal care and fed are controlled by our Production and Quality Team.
