Everli

Previously known as Supermercato24, this marketplace was established in 2014 in Italy. Following its expansion across Europe, it was decided to rebrand the name to Everli, a name that the managing team feels is more in line with the expansion plans of the company. 

Everli is a marketplace which operates its own application. Customers can choose from over 30000 references from different retail chains and specialised stores such as Carrefour, Auchan, Lidl, etc.

Around 3000 personal shoppers employed by the company will be going to the retail stores and purchasing the products, ensuring that they pick high quality products and fresh produce.

Through the application, customers can monitor the status of their orders and can also make changes to their cart.

Furthermore, the shoppers communicate with customers to inform them about missing orders. Once the shopping is done, the shoppers will deliver the orders to the customers at a scheduled time. 

Everli has received positive reviews from satisfied customers who have been using the service for months. One of the things that is greatly appreciated is that Everli is not limited to large cities. Indeed, Everli services small towns and low-populated cities as well.

In Italy, the company has been expanding to around 40 provinces. Furthermore, Everli has entered Czech Republic and Poland and most recently, in February 2021, it started to serve the French market. The aim is to become the leading European marketplace and it is already on the way to do so. 

Just in 2020, Everli achieved a turnover of € 109 million, a figure which quadrupled compared to 2019. 20% of its orders are from its companies outside Italy. 

Moreover, major investors like C4 Ventures, Luxor, DN Capital, etc. have funded the company. 

Concerning the logistics, Everli relies on the vehicles of the shoppers for deliveries and the retailers’ facilities are mostly used in terms of warehouses. A fee of around € 4.90 to € 5.90 is charged for the delivery. Other charges are involved for express deliveries.
