Extract B.V. first sold fresh herbs on the market in Nijmegen. Soon, hangouts discovered the pure and natural taste. Due to the limited shelf life are fresh herbs in the kitchen is not always convenient, so we started with the production of fresh herbs oil base in 1995 in order to extend shelf life.

Due to the increasing demand we are as skilled producers fully focus on our fresh pesto, tapenade and sauces. Under the brand name Lisimo for the foodservice and Leqrs  for retail.

Under the brand names Lisimo and Leqrs Extract BV offers a wide range of chilled fresh pesto, tapenade and sauces. At home and abroad we are going to do to find the best ingredients. Additives are not added to our products. For a real pure flavor, we use only natural ingredients for our products.

Our flat organization we are as skilled producer able to work very flexible and service-oriented. In addition to our standard products for the hospitality industry wholesale and biological specialist we also supply custom products based on our fresh ingredients to different industries in the Netherlands and Belgium. We think along with you which product best suits you and are constantly looking for innovative solutions. Customer focus and product development are therefore important pillars of our organization.
