All our recipes are original, we are both inventive and simple: we like to say that our chocolates are rustic. They are all the more appetizing and festive! All the interiors of our chocolate candies are manufactured in our workshops Drome, using simple material: praline, almond paste, citrus pulp, red fruit, raspberries and currants deseeded, ginger, bitter orange.
