Fauchon is a chain of stores specialised in gourmet cuisine and delicatessen. The business was founded in 1886 in France by Auguste Fauchon who used to be a wine and spirits merchant. Fauchon has quickly become recognised across the world as a reference for French gourmet products.
Nowadays, Fauchon consists of 81 stores across the world, including 19 in France. The company has launched stores in Qatar, different Asian countries as well as in the US.
Fauchon also operates an online shop.
In 2018, Fauchon launched Fauchon Paris Hotel in France. The establishment is known as a gourmet hotel.
Fauchon achieved a turnover of € 180 million in 2016 and 80% of the turnover was made outside France.
