If the earth could talk, it would tell Fiordelisi’s story, a story that began in 1954 in the fertile plain of Apulia, the Tavoliere, known as a fruitful place for agriculture since ages.
It would tell of the passion and commitment of Antonio Fiordelisi, founder of both the family and the company, who first devoted himself to the production of vegetables in that fruitful, sunkissed land. In 1978, his four sons joined the project that was already turning into something great.
Precious allies have been the sun and the mild and dry climate, typical of the region, which favoured the first experiments with the production and storage of sun-dried tomatoes, now the pride and strength of the company.
Both the climate and the natural inclination of the land to vegetable cultivation contributed to reward the commitment and passion of the four brothers.
In 1995, after long and careful researches aiming to ensure the best quality in full respect of nature and authenticity, the first semi-dried tomatoes were produced.
