Florepi

Part of the German Group Abel & Schäfer, Florepi is a French company specialised in the production of frozen sweet pastries.

For more than 20 years, the company has been supplying supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries with individual deep-frozen choux pastry based specialities, tartlets and desserts.

Combining modern techniques with craftmanship , each Florepi’s product is made from French traditional recipes.

The individual pastries are fully manufactured in our facilities in France. They are garnished and immediately frozen after processing to keep the freshness, with a freeze-stable icing. The final touch of icing, fruit disposition and glazing is hand-made, in order to achieve a « home-made » look.

Florepi carefully selects high quality ingredients such as Isigny cream and most of the recipes are palm oil free .
