Foppen: a great family business with a history stretching back three generations. Since 1918 we are smoking fish, with a strong focus on fresh farmed salmon from Norway. We currently have 3 smokehouse facilities; two in the Netherlands and one in Greece. By combining state-of-the-art technology with the best traditions, we are able to offer a wide range of premium smoked fish!
