We are a family business that since 1865 is specialised in the production of Gorgonzola, Taleggio, Gorgonzola mascarpone and specialities with buffalo milk. 

We offer a wide range of other products too such as Fontal, Fontina, mascarpone etc. All of them are available in different sizes for horeca and retail market.

We use only Italian certified milk and we are certified BRC , IFS ,ORGANIC and FDA validated.
