FORTIS company, founded in 2000, is one of the largest producers and exporters of frozen fruits in Serbia. The main company activities are purchasing, production, processing, freezing and exporting of tree and berry fruits and vegetables.

Our modern production hall has a total surface of 6.000 m2 and complies with the severest hygiene standards and food safety measures. All products are optically sorted and metal detected. All our production processes and products are subject to the regulations of the quality assurance system of the IFS, IFS Broker, BRC and Kosher concept. In addition, we comply with the quality standards of the general EU food regulations. The analyses (nutritional values, microbiology, pesticides, heavy metals, radioactivity) are regularly conducted for all our products by the external accredited laboratories.

From 2009 we have established our company in Germany, Berry International GmbH Munich, for logistics (organizing transport, custom clearance, etc.) and insurance of the goods (with the Nuernberger Versicherung up to 5 million EUR in case of any damage determined to be caused by the goods).
