Francia Mozzarella Gmbh

The Francia Group is made up of three companies that produce mozzarella cheese.

The first company was founded in 1970 in the Commune of Pontinia (Latina).

Cows milk was processed at this location until 1987.
The factory now produces Campania Buffalo milk mozzarella and Buffalo milk ricotta, and is part of the DOP Campania Buffalo Milk Mozzarella Consortium. The company is ISO 9001 certified, and within about a year and a half will be IFS and BRC certified.
