Partly for the joy of it & partly from passion, we are proud to offer a taste journey, through the various mono-cultivars of Sicily. We have selected, what we believe to be, the principle olive varieties of our island. Each cultivar has been chosen, from the principle territory within which it flourishes & milled exclusively in our own mills. This allows us to use our experience as master oil producers, to create the taste & aroma unique to each variety.
