Started as a pastry shop in 1949, Freddi Dolciaria becomes industry in the sixties, expanding even more markets and products till to be nowadays one of the leading manufacturers of cakes in Europe. The company is located in Castiglione Stiviere, in Northern Italy, halfway between Milan and Venice,
The Production
The plant is carried out by 3 production lines:
1• small cakes in 8 units pack
daily capacity: 1.000.000 units – 25 tons
2• small cakes in 10 units pack
daily capacity: 1.000.000 units – 30 tons
3• swiss rolls and large cakes
daily capacity: 180.000 units – 54 tons
Each production line is fully automated and requires about 12 people per workshift.
