The company is operated today with the experience of nearly 50 years and one can even say more than 100 years if we take into account that previous generations of the Gabay family which were in fig and apricot production and trade since the 1880,/1890 years. 
The aim of GABAY DIS TIC.AS. is to provide the highest quality Turkish Sun Dried FIGS and APRiC0TS to its costumers around the world and the company is reaching its goal thanks its long experience, the ideal location of its factory in the middle of the production area, the state-of-the-art equipment of its factory and the high hygienic standards under which the factory operates. 
Since a few years GABAY DIS T1CARET has added to its production chain a full machinery and equipment for the production of DICED FIGS & APRIC0TS and FIG and APRIC0T PASTE. 

GABAY DIS TICARET is also running a project of ‘ORGANIC
DRIED FIGS since 1992, controlled by IMO - Institute Für 
Markotologie and certified by Bi0 SUISSE and IM0. 
Besides all this, GABAY DIS TICARET garantees a full system of 
tracability from the farmer to the customer. 
In continuous extension, GABAY DIS TICARET AS. has nowadays a seasonal capacity of 1.500 tons of DRIED FIGS and 2.500 tons of DRIED APRICOTS shipped all around the world.
