Faced only with dry, tasteless options, two cookie-loving sweet-toothed pioneers knew they could do better, and did. In March 2011, with but a bundle of baked goods and a humble market stall on the King’s Road, they sold out in a couple of hours.
Returning with more cookies the following week, they became known for fresh, yummy treats with all-natural ingredients and were flooded with wholesale enquiries. In a few short weeks, multiple markets across London were selling out of our experimental new flavours like the Mini Egg Cookie. By the following October they could be enjoyed in Selfridges, Fortnum & Mason, and Fernandez & Wells,
Today we boast eight flavours of cookie, a cocktail menu of 12 macarons and a wide selection of traybakes, brownies and cakes to suit all tastes and diets, along with a selection of moorish Portuguese custard tarts - Pastéis de Nata. All still baked by hand the day before, we supply to more than 200 delis, cafes, markets, restaurants and doorsteps across the UK.
