Located near Rome and founded over 25 years ago, Garbo Surgelati srl is a family company now among the leaders in the field of frozen battered and breaded products in Italy, for retail, catering and foodservice. Our company is  certified IFS, BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 whilst some products are gluten-free and kosher (by Kedassia). 

Products are eather prefried or not prefried and our best sellers as:

• Zucchini Flowers (empty and filled)
• Mozzarella cheese sandwich  
• Rice balls
• Eggplants balls
• Vegetable
• Cheese balls
• Potato croquettes

With the exception of the codfish, all ingredients used are 100% Italian, all coming from Latium area (Region of Rome). Our main capability is to produce the authentic old artisan craft recipes, keeping the same kind of process and raw material, although on a larger scale.

All natural, perfect as finger food, starters, traditional or fancy dishes, light as slightly prefried and heatable in oven.

We do supply all primary Italian retail chains such as Conad, Eurospin, Esselunga, Gros, Tosano and many others also under PL and have several production's agreements as co-packer. We also create special recipes / new products under request. Our list of productis much wider that the one listed in this portal, where we concentrated on the best sellers.

Retail products are available in bags and carton box (200gr-500gr) and foodservice in bags (1-2.5 kg) or in bins.

Our export turnover reaches 25%: our packaging can easily be adapted by adding another language and nutrition facts during the packing process, allowing customers to buy smaller quantities (by pallet instead of full container).
